Before joining Global Substation Services, Dave spent 30 years with Baltimore Gas and Electric, where he worked in the electric distribution construction and maintenance departments. His extensive background in utility operations and field safety has made him a trusted mentor and resource.
Dave’s training includes OSHA compliance, First Aid/CPR, erosion and sediment control, confined space entry, fall protection, equipment safety, asbestos awareness, heat stress, cable splicing and terminations, and respirator protection.
